I just wanted to say thank you again for an amazing family/maternity portrait sitting on September 27. Joey and I agreed that it was the most relaxed, fun photo session we’ve ever been a part of…including our wedding pictures! You were so sweet and laid-back and fabulous with the girls. They LOVED getting to show off all their poses to you…thank you for your overwhelming kindness and patience with them! I loved that our session was planned, yet spontaneous at times. You did an amazing job of going with the flow while still getting all the shots you had in mind for our session. When the kids didn’t quite cooperate and, for example, ran up in the middle of a picture to pat the baby or give it Eskimo kisses, you just dropped onto the ground and started snapping shots of this unplanned moment. Some of those surprises gave us some of our favorite pictures. As for me, the session was an amazing self-esteem boost. Nearing the end of my pregnancy I feel bigger and more uncomfortable each day. Your photos reminded me that pregnancy is beautiful and a blessing to be treasured and enjoyed!
And the pictures…WOW! You not only captured some beautiful moments on film, but also the very essence of who we are as a family. The pictures are soft and sweet and romantic, full of love. They are beautiful, yet casual…which is perfect because fancy we are not! They are moments that I imagine we might have in our home every day, but never capture on film. They make me feel beautiful and incredibly blessed when I look at them. Thank you for taking the time to understand who we are and then translate that into your photography.
I am so excited to have a CD of pictures that I can treasure for a lifetime and one day pass on to my children! I love that you have structured your business to give your clients professional quality portraits at a reasonable price! It’s perfect for young families, or anyone who wants beautiful pictures without having to put a second mortgage on the house to get them! I will definately recommend you to all my friends and family…or anyone who mentions needing a good photographer in my presence!

Before, during, and after the photo session, she exceeded our expectations. My husband and I couldn’t be happier that we hired her for our family Christmas photos!
Before our shoot, Brandy was very flexible with choosing a date, she was clear about her pricing, and she even advised us on what to wear.
The day of our photo session, she arrived early at the location we picked to scout out great spots for photos. She was relaxed throughout the shoot, and was a lot of fun to work with. Photographing children–especially little ones in constant motion–is tricky, but Brandy was a pro! Not only did she capture some amazing images, our kids actually had fun from start to finish. She took tons of pictures in a pretty short amount of time, giving us lots to choose from…and her website made it incredibly easy to view our proofs.
Just a couple of days after the shoot, she gave us a “sneak peak” on her website so we could see some of the photos while she continued working on the rest. When we got our CD, I love that she only gave us the strongest, best images to choose from. She took so many pictures the day of our shoot, I’m sure she put a lot of time into pruning them down to the 50+ best shots! And the photos: Wow!! She managed to capture our family’s personality so well. (She even made this tired mom of two look fresh and rested…a miracle in itself!) All her photos show real creativity, style, and skill.
We are anxiously awaiting the day our prints arrive in the mailbox, but now that we’ve seen what a perfectionist Brandy has been at every step of the way, I have no doubt that the prints themselves will be phenomenal!
Working with Brandy is an awesome experience. She is extremely professional through the whole process from start to finished product, while at the same time, maintains a fun and relaxed atmosphere. She is very flexible in setting up a date and time for the photo shoot and helped with all the details from settings to photo content and even gave advice on wardrobe choices. Brandy is also awesome with kids and has a natural talent for capturing their true beauty even if they are experiencing and off day.
On the day of our shoot, Brandy remained very flexible and listened to our thoughts on what we would like to get out of the session. She kept everything flowing well and was great on experimenting with angles and lighting. I love the natural flow to her work and photography. She is able to capture the true essence of the individuals in natural settings. We chose to use our backyard for the location of our shoot and this led to a very laid-back and peaceful time in a more intimate setting. This also allowed us to more easily incorporate personal touches into our session which guaranteed the photos to be that much more of a treasure for us. It also captured us in our most natural state and was a reflection of who we are as opposed to simply being a pretty picture on a wall.
We are so impressed with how much she puts into each session and all that she does to ensure that you walk away with beautiful photos that commemorate and represent the moments you wish to capture and treasure.
